In just the first two months of this year, a staggering 7,157 of our neighbors in Boston lost SNAP benefits -- at a time when hunger and grocery prices are both rising faster than ever.

And, as our state leaders make decisions about the budget for the coming year, they are leaving SNAP behind, giving up our most powerful tool in the fight against hunger. But there's still time for them to choose differently and make SNAP strong.

Join BFAC this Thursday evening for an emergency town hall on the SNAP access crisis. Bring your stories, your challenges, your love for your neighbors -- and your hope for a city where we all have food and the safety, care, and belonging that it means in our lives.

We will gather at Epiphany School, 154 Centre Street, Dorchester from 6:30-8pm

Join us on Thursday, April 30 to make SNAP strong!
